Carol Hanlon has been acknowledged for her small business achievements with local, state & national awards since 1970’s as owner/designer of her own fashion manufacturing, wholesale, retail, & export business for 20yrs. Since 1994, Carol established not-for-profit community organisations in WA, Belmont Business Enterprise Centre Inc. (BBEC & BEC Global) & Textile Clothing Footwear Resource Centre Western Australia Inc. (TCFWA, TCF Australia & TCF Global) in 1998. Carol’s NFP projects have assisted over 32,000 small businesses across Australia and globally; TCF is a specialist in fashion business training & mentoring projects and provides women in business training & mentoring projects across Australia & globally with a focus on the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Carol has been leading TCF Buyer Missions and designer to exhibit at Hong Kong Trade fashion events for 20yrs.
