Global Head of Sustainable Networks and Entrepreneurship, HSBC
Susanna Wilson is global head of sustainable networks and entrepreneurship at HSBC. One of the world’s largest banking and financial services organisations, HSBC serves around 38 million customers worldwide and has a unique role to play in supporting a shift to sustainability in global supply chains. With an estimated 80% of global trade passing through supply chains, finance has a key role to play in this shift.
Wilson was appointed global head of sustainable networks and entrepreneurship to lead this work following the establishment of HSBC’s refreshed sustainability strategy and commitments, announced in 2017. She partners with HSBC’s commercial banking teams to develop client solutions to support sustainable supply chains. She also oversees charitable partnerships on this theme globally.
Wilson holds an MA from the University of Cambridge and an MSc from the University of Edinburgh.
