Peter is the CEO & Co-Founder of Circ, a company pioneering the recycling of polyester and cotton blends. Peter travelled the world in the US Navy, and what he saw was a planet in environmental peril. Now he’s dedicated to creating circular fashion and in reducing the harmful effects of over consumption. When not working on the circular economy, Peter serves on the Alumni Advisory Council for the Fuqua School of Business, mentors for Big Brothers Big Sisters, and finds opportunities to be on the water with his family.

Jenny Chow has her own brands in FinTech and RegTech solutions for the market due to her extensive experience as a practitioner in the field of securities laws and compliance, including roles as a member of the drafting team of the Securities and Futures Ordinance in Hong Kong and C-suite executive of Mainland Chinese investment banks.

In recognition of her achievements, Jenny Chow is now working under United Nations as the Chief Compliance Officer of its SDG Innovative Finance and reporting to the UN on SDG, ESG, impact investment, green finance, digital finance and the application of FinTech and RegTech.

Morgane oversees the education facet of Redress’ flagship programme, the Redress Design Award. Trained as a chemist and holding an MSc from the French Textile Engineering School ENSAIT, she has a deep understanding of materials in general and a strong knowledge in textiles. She has over 8 years of experience in the apparel industry with companies such as Adidas and PVH, holding positions in sourcing, product development and more recently product & digital innovation. A certified Design Thinking practitioner with IDEO U and a firm believer that sustainable practices are the only future possible, Morgane is driven by creating human-centric innovative solutions that generate positive impact. She is passionate about sharing her knowledge and pushing the sustainability agenda.

Sara Stefanski

Sara Stefanski is the Senior Director for Sustainability and Responsibility Strategy at VF Corporation. In her current role, she works across the organization to develop and implement VF’s global sustainability strategies, goals, and activities across corporate and supply chain operations, ranging from product stewardship, traceability, responsible sourcing, environmental sustainability, and human rights.

Prior to VF, Sara worked in Tokyo as a consultant with EY, and in the U.S. as the Sustainability Manager for Safeway, both roles focusing on supply chain environmental and social sustainability.

She is passionate about embedding sustainability into the core of business operations, transforming the concept of corporate sustainability as a stand-alone function into business as usual for companies.

Currently she is searching for her own definition of fashion, and her goal is to open an ‘anti-fashion shop’, whose meaning and purpose will reveal itself along the way.
