Fiona Tang, Business Development Executive, for Hawke Media, and is currently in charge of APAC operation. Hawke Media is the fastest growing marketing consultancy in the United States. Launched in 2014, and has been valued at over $75 million and has grown from seven to around 200 employees. The company has serviced over 2000 brands of all sizes, ranging from startups like Tamara Mellon, Sio Beauty and Bottlekeeper to household names like Red Bull, Verizon Wireless, and Alibaba. Fiona’s role has been multifold, since joining the company at 2017, she has first hand seeing the differences between western and eastern modes of marketing, being the bridge to educate both ends on cross-cultural difference when comes to marketing has certainly grant her a breadth of experience from strategy to hands on execution.

As a cross-cultural marketing expert, Fiona manages multiple teams for different APAC projects, to not only educate her clients on cross-cultural consumer behaviors, but also to set the right expectation to ensure the future success of her clients’ international expansion.
