Ms. Juliana Lam, founder and president of INNOTIER. In 2020, with a passion for ESG, she decided to complete the supply chain by building her own retail brand INNOTIER, embracing a new human-centric approach offering new necessities solutions combining: “Hygiene technology x Sustainability x Fashion Lifestyle”. Juliana influenced by her heritage roots in gloves manufacturing since 1963. Rebuilt Julius Industries Limited (JIL) in 2016, she’s been established from a 2nd generation to a new generation… Claiming her title as “Queen of Gloves”. JIL is also a leading manufacturer innovated with the latest technologies combining traditional craftsmanship for gloves & fashion accessories and garment production.
