Sara Stefanski is the Senior Director for Sustainability and Responsibility Strategy at VF Corporation. In her current role, she works across the organization to develop and implement VF’s global sustainability strategies, goals, and activities across corporate and supply chain operations, ranging from product stewardship, traceability, responsible sourcing, environmental sustainability, and human rights.

Prior to VF, Sara worked in Tokyo as a consultant with EY, and in the U.S. as the Sustainability Manager for Safeway, both roles focusing on supply chain environmental and social sustainability.

She is passionate about embedding sustainability into the core of business operations, transforming the concept of corporate sustainability as a stand-alone function into business as usual for companies.
