香港特別行政區財政司副司長
黃偉綸先生於1985年8月加入政務職系，於2017年4月晉升為首長級甲一級政務官，曾在多個決策局及部門服務，於2009年8月至2014年2月出任政府新聞處處長，於2014年2月至2015年8月出任海事處處長，並於2015年8月至2017年6月出任發展局常任秘書長（規劃及地政）。
黃先生於2017年7月1日獲委任為發展局局長。他於2022年7月1日獲委任為財政司副司長。

Teresa is responsible for Esquel Group’s strategic planning and serves as Chairman of the Hong Kong Research Institute of Textiles and Apparel (HKRITA). She actively participates in the development of Hong Kong’s textile and clothing industry in her current capacities at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University’s Industrial Advisory Committee of the Research Institute for Intelligent Wearable System (RI-Wear), as well as its Advisory Committee of School Fashion and Textiles. She is also a member of the Clothing Industry Training Authority (CITA).

In 2008 he initiated and wrote the Global Recycle Standard (GRS) which is currently adopted by many brands and retailers. The GRS is a certification program that sets requirements for certification of recycled input and chain of custody, with additional criteria for social and environmental processing as well as chemical restrictions. Currently, over 12,000 sites worldwide are certified to the GRS
Hong joined Textile Exchange in 2020, with the responsibility for the overall strategy of Greater China, and is also a member of the Assurance team.

Ms Louise Bergholm is the Consul General of Sweden to Hong Kong and Macau since 2023. She is an experienced diplomat who has worked extensively on trade policy and promotion for 20 years. Prior to her arrival in Hong Kong, she was responsible for trade promotion in the Africa Department of the Swedish Ministry of Foreign Affairs. She served as the Ambassador of Sweden to Bulgaria for five years, while her previous assignments also include Washington DC, USA, and Jakarta, Indonesia.
Ms Bergholm obtained a Master of Science in International Economics degree from the Stockholm School of Economics in Sweden, and studied history, political science and Spanish from the University of Stockholm, Sweden.

Before that, he led Lacoste global recycling and circularity strategy for 3 years, working on eco-design strategies with product teams. He is also PhD in industrial ecology and led consulting activities to make heavy industries more circular.”

Craig Smith leads a multi-disciplinary Research and Development team at PANGAIA whose goal is scout, develop and collaborate to commercialise new responsibly innovative technologies in premium lifestyle products. The team’s research scope covers various material science disciplines such as green chemistry, bio materials and biopolymers whilst also investigating aspects of process innovation. Craig holds a masters degree in the Science and Engineering of Materials as well as a bachelor’s degree in Sport & Materials Science from the University of Birmingham. Craig has spent most of his career within the sports engineering space with a focus on polymers, holding roles at Speedo, Lululemon, Adidas and Lacoste. During his time at these brands he has worked on several high profile projects such as London 2012 for Speedo (Fastskin3), Sub2 for Adidas and the first performance tennis shoe for lacoste (AG-LT Ultra) now worn by Daniil Medvedev.
